By engaging Maber Web & AI for any service — whether by signing a proposal, making a payment, sending a WhatsApp confirmation, or verbally agreeing — you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

These terms apply to all clients of Maber Web & AI, operated by Denis Ogot Sande, based in Kampala, Uganda.

Maber Web & AI offers the following services:

• Website Design & Redesign — custom WordPress websites built to convert visitors into clients
• Lead Generation Systems — verified lead lists, outreach templates and lead capture systems
• Virtual Assistant Support — admin, scheduling, email management and business operations support
• AI Automation — chatbots, intake agents, booking systems and automated workflows
• SEO & Digital Growth — on-page SEO, Google Business Profile setup and content strategy

The specific deliverables, timeline and price for each project will be confirmed in writing via email or WhatsApp before work begins.

All projects follow this standard process:

• Free consultation to understand your goals and requirements
• Written proposal with scope, timeline and price
• 30% upfront payment to begin work
• Regular updates at agreed milestones
• Client review and feedback rounds as specified in the proposal
• Final payment before launch or delivery
• Handover, training and post-launch support as included in the package

The following payment structure applies to all projects:

We accept payment via Pesapal (MTN Mobile Money, Airtel Money, Visa, Mastercard), Airtel Money direct transfer, or bank transfer to Finance Trust Bank (Natete branch). Payment plan arrangements are available on request.

Work will not begin and completed projects will not be launched until the relevant payment has been received and confirmed.

Each project includes a specified number of revision rounds as outlined in the proposal. Standard inclusions are:

• Launch Website — 2 rounds of revisions
• Growth Website — 3 rounds of revisions
• Scale Website — unlimited revisions within scope

A revision means amendments to the agreed design or content within the original project scope. A change request means a change to the project scope — adding new pages, features or functionality not in the original proposal. Change requests will be quoted separately and may affect the delivery timeline.

To ensure your project is delivered on time and to the highest standard, you agree to:

• Provide all required content, images, logos and branding materials within 5 business days of project start
• Provide access to any required accounts (hosting, domain, existing website) promptly
• Respond to review requests and feedback within 5 business days
• Nominate one main point of contact for the project to avoid conflicting instructions
• Ensure that any content provided does not infringe on third-party copyrights or trademarks

Your content: All content, images, logos and materials you provide remain your intellectual property at all times.

Our work: Upon receipt of full and final payment, ownership of the completed website design and custom code created specifically for your project transfers to you. Until final payment is received, all work remains the intellectual property of Maber Web & AI.

Portfolio rights: Unless you request otherwise in writing, Maber Web & AI reserves the right to display your completed project in our portfolio, on social media and in marketing materials.

Third-party assets: Themes, plugins, stock images and other third-party tools used in your project are subject to their own licensing terms. We will only use properly licensed assets in your project.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive business information shared during the course of the project. This includes but is not limited to business strategies, customer data, login credentials and financial information.

Maber Web & AI will never share your business information with third parties except where required to deliver the agreed services (e.g. sharing credentials with a hosting provider).

We understand that circumstances change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancelled before work begins: Full refund of deposit minus any costs already incurred (e.g. purchased assets or domain names)
• Cancelled after work has begun: The deposit is non-refundable. Any work completed up to the cancellation date will be charged at a pro-rata rate
• Cancelled after milestone payment: All payments made are non-refundable. Completed work up to that point will be delivered to the client

Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to hello@maberwebai.com. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days.

Maber Web & AI will always deliver work to the best of our ability. However, we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes such as increased sales, leads or search engine rankings, as these depend on many factors outside our control.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific project or service to which the claim relates.

We are not liable for:

• Loss of business, revenue or profits resulting from delays or errors in our work
• Issues caused by third-party services (hosting downtime, plugin conflicts, payment gateway errors)
• Changes to third-party platforms (Google algorithm updates, Facebook policy changes) that affect your results
• Data loss resulting from hosting provider failures or security breaches outside our control

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably between both parties. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Uganda.
